Modeled after ULI’s National Product Councils, Local Product Councils are small, interdisciplinary groups of members that provide opportunities to connect with peers, study cutting-edge issues in-depth, share information, and network with industry leaders. Use this application to apply for the following opportunities:
- Community & Economic Development Local Product Council
- Life Sciences Local Product Council
- Healthcare Local Product Council
- Housing Local Product Council
- Small Scale & Impact Development Local Product Council
- Industrial Local Product Council
These groups meet bi-monthly and host 1-2 public programs every year. Learn more about each Local Product Council here.
Separate applications are available for other committees and affinity groups and leadership opportunities (committee/council chair).

During the annual engagement campaign (April / May), applicants can expect to hear a response by May 31.
- If selected for a Local Product Council, members are expected and required to:
- Actively participate and attend meetings, not missing more than three meetings per year
- Participate in planning a dynamic program
- Maintain current ULI membership
- Pay a small administrative fee ($150 for private sector members, $95 for non-profit, institutional, or young leader members). Accommodations are available for those facing hardship. To learn more please contact us.
