Thank you for your interest in engaging with ULI Philadelphia’s Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) Committee.

ULI Philadelphia Committees are interdisciplinary groups of members interested in topic areas who come together to discuss best practices, exchange ideas, develop programs, and further the ULI mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.

Advisory Services are a key ULI tool to leverage member practitioner expertise in support of community goals by identifying municipalities and non-profits seeking land use expertise. The TAPs Committee sustains ULI Philadelphia’s technical assistance programs by sourcing sponsors (clients), identifying panelists, and helping create meaningful engagements for panelists and clients. This group typically meets bimonthly.

Separate applications are available for other committees and affinity groups and leadership opportunities (committee/council chair).

During the annual engagement campaign (March 15, 2022 to April 2023), applicants can expect to hear a response by May 20, 2023. Otherwise, applicants can expect to receive a response within two weeks of submission.

Committee member expectations and requirements include:

• Active participation and attendance at meetings, not missing more than three unexcused meetings per year
• Helping plan a dynamic program of work
• Maintain current ULI membership
