During the annual engagement campaign (March 15, 2022 to April 2023), applicants can expect to hear a response by May 20, 2023. Otherwise, applicants can expect to receive a response within two weeks of submission.

ULI Philadelphia leadership will review your application, determine your eligibility, and confirm your leadership position.

Committee member expectations and requirements include:

  • Must have an active ULI membership (Full or Associate Member); may join as a new member to participate.
  • YLG Chairs must be Young Leaders (under the age of 35) to apply.

Please note this application is for leadership opportunities only. Separate applications are available to serve as a member on a committee or Local Product Council.


In addition to supporting members, developing trusted connections with other experts, and increasing industry knowledge and expertise through the sharing of best practices and case studies, ULI Philadelphia Chairs set the strategic direction of the organization while serving on the ULI Philadelphia Advisory Board.
