The Nominations Panel reviews a group of outstanding development project nominations and selects finalists, which will then be evaluated by out-of-state judges. Finalist projects will exemplify ULI’s commitment to responsible land use and creating sustainable, thriving communities

How

Participation is for active ULI members by invitation from Awards Committee and District Council staff. The Committee meets once for two hours. Those who wish to be considered should fill out and submit the form below. Please include a professional summary or a personal statement on why you are interested in this opportunity.

The awards program recognizes outstanding real estate development projects or initiatives that exemplify the ULI missions of leadership in the responsible use of land and sustaining and creating thriving communities

Many of the organizations that the Committee partners with have limited staffing or financial resources and are operating in economically disadvantaged areas
