Participation allows leaders to develop trusted connections and share best practices.

Member Expectations

Council membership is open to any ULI Boston/New England member in good standing. Council leaders are encouraged to build councils comprised of diverse perspectives representing a variety of land use professionals, levels of experience, sectors, product types, genders, and ethnicities.

Council Members are expected to attend the majority of meetings. Members who miss two consecutive meetings may be asked to step down if there is a waiting list to participate. All members should actively participate in meeting discussions.

Guests may be invited at the chairs’ discretion.

When

BMC Meetings will be held 4-6 times over the year. Specific dates will be announced in future communications.

Cost

LPC Annual Dues are as follows:

  • Private Sector Members: $125;
  • Public Sector Members: $75;
  • Young Leaders: $75;
  • Students: $25

 

The BMC is sponsored by Nutter.
