What
The NEXT program provides an avenue for midcareer professionals to foster leadership skills, develop professional relationships, and promote shared knowledge through education. Programs are held throughout the year to engage in issue-focused small group discussions.
How
Members are age 35–45 and managing up and down within their company or organization. Membership is by application through your District Council.
Why
Smaller settings provide the opportunity for members to expand their networks and learn from peers within the multidisciplinary real estate industry, all to propel members into greater leadership roles at work and at ULI.

UrbanPlan is a realistic, engaging, and academically demanding classroom-based curriculum in which students learn about the fundamental forces that affect development. Its mission is to cultivate a sophisticated level of discourse among local stakeholders involved in land use decisions through the education of tomorrow’s voters and leaders as a way to create better communities.
The Treasurer provides oversight and fiscal management of the District Council by creating the annual budget in conjunction with ULI staff, approving expenditures, and providing the District Council with regular updates on its financial position.
