What
The Council brings together a small group of leaders in real estate to examine trends related to multifamily development throughout the region, focusing on urban/suburban residential development, multiuse and land development, and financing, and as well as other demand factors.
How
Councils meet for a day of programming at the annual ULI Florida Summit (May/June) and a midyear meeting (January/February) each year. Full Members of Florida’s five District Councils (North Florida, Central Florida, Southeast Florida/Caribbean, Tampa Bay, and Southwest Florida) can apply to join.
Why
Council membership provides an avenue for Florida’s leaders to experience the value of ULI beyond their District Council. The Council provides a forum for information exchange on state-of-the-art real estate practices in multifamily development.
