What

UrbanPlan is a realistic, engaging exercise in which participants—high school students, university students, or public officials—learn about the fundamental forces that affect real estate development in our communities. Participants experience the challenging issues, private and public sector roles, complex trade-offs, and fundamental economics in play when proposing realistic land use solutions to vexing growth problems. The workshop focuses on the redevelopment of a site in a hypothetical district.

The programme was launched in Hong Kong, Philippines, and Singapore in March 2018. ULI Asia Pacific is looking to expand UrbanPlan across the region, UrbanPlan is only possible with the financial support of the industry. Learn more about UrbanPlan in the Asia Pacific.

概要

UrbanPlanは、参加者（高校生、大学生、当局者）が地域の不動産開発に影響を及ぼす基本要素について学ぶ実践的な参加型の演習プログラムです。参加者は難しい課題に向き合い官民の役割、複雑なトレードオフ、経済の基本を、シミュレーションを通じて学び、一筋縄ではいかない発展という問題に関して、現実的な土地利用の解決策を提案します。ワークショップでは、架空の街における用地の再開発に焦点を当てます。当プログラムは2018年3月に香港、フィリピン、シンガポールで実施されました。ULIアジア太平洋は実施地域をアジア太平洋各地に拡大することを目指しています。UrbanPlanは業界の経済的支援によって初めて成り立つものです。アジア太平洋地域のUrbanPlanの詳細は、こちらをご覧ください。
