Women’s Leadership Initiative Prologis Achievement Award Mentor
What
The mission of the Women’s Leadership Initiative is to raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry. WLI Prologis Achievement Award winners are each paired with a mentor who is active with WLI and attending the Fall Meeting.
How
Mentors host the recipient at their Product Councils and make introductions to their networks at all WLI-branded events. These midcareer and senior-level mentors work to open doors to younger women, helping further engage them in ULI. Mentors are selected by members of the WLI Global Executive Committee.
Why
Mentors gain lifelong connections, as well as the opportunity to further the mission of WLI and mentor the next generation of women leaders in the industry.
