Local District Councils have Mentorship programs to foster an exchange of professional ideas, friendship, and expertise among young real estate professionals and industry veterans. Typically run by the District Council's Young Leaders Group, the program matches members age 35 and under with experienced professionals to provide a two-way street for sharing, learning, and guidance. Mentors give back in a significant way by strengthening ties with the future leaders of the local real estate community and ULI.
