What

Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Steering Committee is the leadership team that plans programming and events that support women to lead and shape the real estate industry today and for the future. WLI opens doors for more women to advance their careers on their terms through a series of targeted programming, events, and skills-building programs. The WLI Steering Committee is committed to representation on the committee that is multigenerational and racially and ethnically diverse, as well as representative of a broad range of experience levels and industry sectors. The committee has only a few openings each year and is highly selective.

Members of the WLI Steering Committee are expected to: 

• Attend monthly steering committee meetings or calls August – June. 
• Volunteer to lead or serve on a subcommittee 
• Attend and promote WLI programs and events  
• Actively participate in WLI Steering Committee programs and share ideas and enthusiasm for the initiatives. 

How

ULI Washington’s leadership will review your application, determine your eligibility, and confirm your seat on a committee. The application period closes on May 31, 2023. It is expected that anyone expressing interest in a ULI Washington committee maintains their ULI Washington membership status for the duration of their time on that committee.
