The Technical Assistance Panel Committee (TAP) identifies potential TAPs, 1.5-day panels that bring together ULI Members to provide guidance on development or planning issues. Committee members are involved in reaching out to local stakeholders interested in a TAP in their community, learning about the area to evaluate stakeholder needs, and select a committee of relevant experts to best execute the TAP.
