ULI Washington Pathways to Inclusion Initiative Participant

What is the Pathways to Inclusion Initiative?

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit education and research institute supported by its members. Its mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Established in 1936, the institute has more than 45,000+ members worldwide representing all aspects of land use and development disciplines.

The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of underrepresented real estate and land use professionals in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We believe that by diversifying our membership we can better fulfill our organization’s mission to create and sustain thriving communities.

The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative provides up to 20 people of color with scholarships for one-year of ULI membership and access to programs, designed to serve, support and engage its participants throughout the year.  In addition to ULI Washington’s existing programs and benefits, this year’s Pathways cohort will participate in regular programming and networking opportunities with current and former Pathways participants, ULI Washington and industry leaders.
