What
The Membership Committee helps build and retain ULI Washington’s membership. Committee members introduce new members to our offerings, assist existing members in finding their next opportunity, and create a welcoming environment at all events through collaboration with other committees. The Committee works to actively engage and retain members by demonstrating the value of ULI membership.
Members of the Membership Committee are expected to:
- Attend monthly Membership committee meetings or calls August 2025-June 2026.
- Plan and attend New Member Meet and Greets.
- Coordinate with other ULI Washington committees to ensure all events are inclusive and welcoming, and to leverage committee programs to support membership recruitment and retention activities
- Promote attendance at events and participation in professional development, networking, and affinity group based programming.
- Engage with members and non-members via emails, calls, and at in-person and virtual meetings
