Do you have fond memories of your experiences with ULI’s Leadership Institute? Did it add value to your professional development and network? Then please share your expertise and help us make the program even better by joining the Leadership Institute Program Committee! This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the program’s curriculum, activities, and outcomes.
The ULI Leadership Institute Program Committee will plan program days, work collaboratively with committee members to engage program participants, and contribute to continuing the legacy of this impactful program. This is a leadership program for mid-career professionals in the public, private, and nonprofit real estate and planning professions who are poised to assume leadership positions in their organization or profession in the near future. The program days consist of panels of key decision-makers/stakeholders, site tours, skills training, and interactive activities all centered around the program day theme. Joining the Leadership Institute Program Committee, you are committing to:

- Help organize and attend sessions for 2-3 program days.
- Generate ideas and activities for all program days, including leveraging your network as possible presenters and panelists.
- Help organize and attend an annual alumni event.
- Attend weekly planning calls as needed for the sessions and events you help to organize.

ULI Washington’s leadership will review your application, determine your eligibility, and confirm your seat on the committee. The application period closes on May 31, 2024.
