What
The Inclusive Excellence Committee leads initiatives to further ULI’s commitment to attracting a broad range of leaders, engaging members through deeper belonging and clear leadership pathways, building vibrant community networks, and integrating inclusive excellence to foster a more connected, inclusive, and sustainable community. The committee serves as a liaison to all ULI Washington programs and committees to ensure that ULI’s values of Inclusive Excellence are embedded in all that ULI Washington does.
By joining the ULI Washington Inclusive Excellence Committee you are committing to:
- Attending monthly committee virtual meetings;
- Supporting various committee initiatives over the course of the year;
- Participating in national ULI DEI Exchange virtual meetings among district councils as your schedule permits; and,
- Serving as a liaison between the ULI Washington Inclusive Excellence Committee and other ULI Washington committees, councils or programs in which you are involved.

Thank you for your interest in getting involved with ULI Washington’s Inclusive Excellence Committee. Please complete the form below to apply for a position on the committee for a one-year term concurrent with ULI’s 2025-2026 fiscal year (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026). ULI Washington’s leadership will review your application, determine your eligibility, and confirm your seat on a committee. The application period closes on May 30, 2025.

It is expected that anyone expressing interest in a ULI Washington committee maintains their ULI Washington membership status for the duration of their time on that committee.
