What

The Corporate Partnership Committee is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with ULI Washington’s corporate partners, which comprise 62+ companies that support ULIW on an annual basis through sponsorship and impact partnerships. The Committee runs an annual campaign to support ULIW’s programming and operations, in addition to working with ULI Washington staff to find meaningful ways to partner and connect with companies that are active in the real estate industry in our region. The Committee was formed in 2020 and is looking to add a few engaged members to support ULIW’s mission. Committee members should have 10+ years of professional experience, good contacts in the industry, and a strong commitment to and experience with ULI. 

Members of the Corporate Partnership Committee are expected to: 

• Attend monthly committee meetings or calls August – February. 
• Participate in the Corporate Partnership annual campaign via direct outreach to 10- 15 ULI Washington partners and new prospects 
• Support ULI Washington staff in connecting with ULIW partners throughout the year to increase corporate partner engagement

It is expected that anyone expressing interest in a ULI Washington committee maintains their ULI Washington membership status for the duration of their time on that committee.
