What

Thank you for your interest in taking a leadership role at ULI Utah. Please complete the below form to apply for a position on one (or more) of our committees.

ULI Utah leadership will review your application, determine your eligibility, and confirm your position. Applicants can expect to receive a response within four weeks of submission.

How

Committee member expectations and requirements include:

• Must have an active ULI membership (Full or Associate Member); may join as a new member to participate.
• YLG committee members must be Young Leaders (under the age of 35) to apply.

Expectations of committee members:

• Be an active contributor to the committee (e.g. active participation in committee meetings, completing assigned action items within set deadlines, etc.)
• Be proactive in identifying goals, objectives, and ideas to drive the organization’s membership and growth
• Support ULI Utah programs (e.g. attend major programs, webinars, invite industry contacts to participate, volunteer as a mentor, etc.)
• Be familiar with the products and services provided by ULI and publicly promote them
• Attend 75 percent of the monthly committee meetings per year– your participation is critical to the operations of the committee and ULI Utah overall
• Be a ULI member in good standing
• Serve a minimum two-year term, which may be renewed
