What

Development 360 is a professional development program that runs for six months and supplements the YLG Partnership Forum through a series of classes that provide a comprehensive overview of the development cycle. The series consists of six sessions, covering the real estate development process from start to finish. The Development 360 Class of 2021 will consist of a limited number of YLG members and will be held from 8:00am-9:30am on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. To get the most out of your experience and learn the development profession from A to Z, attendance is mandatory for all of the sessions. There will be short, reading assignments sent the week before each class. These sessions will be held virtually until COVID-19 protocols permits. This program is open to all ULI members under 35.

  • April 13th: Predevelopment/Entitlements
  • May 11th: Finance
  • June 8th: Site Design/Environmental
  • July 13th: Architecture
  • August 10th: Design/Construction
  • September 7th: Leasing/Disposition
  • TBD: “Graduation Celebration”

How

To be considered for participation in the 2021 YLG Development 360 Class please make sure to:

1) Apply by Monday, March 29th

2) Submit a statement of interest in the Navigator form below including, your primary areas of interest in real estate, years of real estate experience, and what you hope to gain from the Development 360 program. 

3) Update your ULI member profile with your biography and profile information

Financial Commitment:

  • $75 – Public Sector ULI YLG Member Fee
  • $125 – ULI YLG Member Fee (35 and Under)
  • $175 Non-Member YLG Fee (35 and Under)

Why

Participants will hear from speakers sharing their experiences and best practices in lively and interactive sessions, opting for case studies and Q/A sessions over lectures. Participants will gain industry insights and learn the real estate development process from start to finish.
