Thank you for your interest in engaging with ULI Philadelphia’s Investment Committee.

ULI Philadelphia Committees are interdisciplinary groups of members interested in topic areas who come together to discuss best practices, exchange ideas, develop programs, and further the ULI mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.

The Investment Committee focuses on strategic relationships and sponsorships to help grow the ULI network and sustain our program of work. Investment Committee members play a pivotal role in connecting resources to the ULI Philadelphia mission, while maintaining connections with our annual supporters. This group meets regularly during the District Council’s Annual Sponsorship Campaign.

Separate applications are available for other committees and affinity groups and leadership opportunities (committee/council chair).

During the annual engagement campaign (March 15, 2022 to April 2023), applicants can expect to hear a response by May 20, 2023. Otherwise, applicants can expect to receive a response within two weeks of submission.

Committee member expectations and requirements include:

• Active participation and attendance at meetings, not missing more than three unexcused meetings per year
• Helping plan a dynamic program of work
• Maintain current ULI membership
