Thank you for your interest in getting involved with ULI New York’s Young Leaders Group. Please submit this application by April 30, 2020 in order to be considered.


The Young Leaders Group (YLG) consists of ULI New York members under the age of 35 who want to be actively involved in shaping the built environment and the future of the real estate industry in the area.

Expectations of Committee Members:
  • Regularly attend committee meetings:
    • For groups that meet monthly: attend 8 out of 12 meetings.
    • For groups that meet bi-monthly: attend 4 out of 6 meetings.
  • Attend any program and/or event that you are involved in planning.
  • Active participation in District Council activities.
  • Must maintain an active ULI membership (Full or Associate Member).
  • Must be a Young Leader (under the age of 35).

ULI NY’s YLG leadership will review your application, determine your eligibility, and confirm your seat on a committee.

The Young Leaders Group of New York has close to 900 members who enjoy events throughout the year designed specifically for them and by them, in addition to those offered by the New York District Council. The Young Leaders Group includes a diverse group of real estate professionals and students – including architects, engineers, financial analysts, city planners developers, lawyers, and more.
