What
The Young Leaders Group (YLG) consists of ULI New York members under the age of 35 who want to be actively involved in shaping the built environment and the future of the real estate industry in the area.
- Regularly attend committee meetings:
- For groups that meet monthly: attend 8 out of 12 meetings.
- For groups that meet bi-monthly: attend 4 out of 6 meetings.
- Attend any program and/or event that you are involved in planning.
- Active participation in District Council activities.
- Must maintain an active ULI membership (Full or Associate Member).
- Must be a Young Leader (under the age of 35).

How
Thank you for your interest in getting involved with ULI New York’s Young Leaders Group. Please complete the below form to apply for a position on a YLG committee for a one-year term concurrent with ULI’s 2025 fiscal year (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025). ULI NY’s YLG leadership will review your application, determine your eligibility, and confirm your seat on a committee.

Why
The Young Leaders Group of New York has close to 800 members who enjoy events throughout the year designed specifically for them and by them, in addition to those offered by the New York District Council. The Young Leaders Group includes a diverse group of real estate professionals and students – including architects, engineers, financial analysts, city planners developers, lawyers, and more.
