ULI Learning Instructor
What
ULI Learning seeks practitioners and academics across the range of commercial real estate disciplines who are ULI members to join our growing pool of instructors and panelists. New instructors will contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our non-credit educational programming for undergraduates, graduate students, and early and mid-career professionals. ULI offers in-person workshops, online courses, and live and on-demand webinars on a diverse range of topics in commercial real estate development. At present, the most popular courses tend to be technical topics such as the pro forma, development fundamentals, and investment waterfalls.
How
If you are interested in participating in ULI’s educational mission, please let us know by sharing your bio, CV or resume, as well as a brief statement of your teaching experience and the formats and topics you are interested in teaching. ULI’s level of support and participation in course planning and delivery varies by format; there are collaborative opportunities for those with little teaching experience but a strong desire to share best practices with others. Women, minorities and early career professionals are particularly encouraged to consider this engagement opportunity.
