ULI Learning is seeking topic or course ideas across the range of commercial real estate disciplines to increase our suite of programming across the entire life cycle of our members. New courses may become part of our non-credit educational programming for undergraduates, graduate students, and early and mid-career professionals. ULI offers in-person workshops, online courses, and live and on-demand webinars on a diverse range of topics in commercial real estate development. At present, the most popular courses tend to be technical topics such as the pro forma, development fundamentals, and investment waterfalls.
