ULI Ireland Mentorship Programme Mentee

This Opportunity is currently closed for applications.

What

ULI Ireland is pleased to launch its 6th Edition of the Mentorship Programme. The most experienced members of ULI Ireland will hold a series of meetings from February 2025 to January 2026 with those who are just starting their careers in the real estate market or started it a few years ago. The principal rule is that the mentee must be a member of the ULI Young Leader Group (under 35s) and cannot be from the same or a competitive company as a mentor.

How

The Mentorship Programme involves a careful matching and selection process to align your career interests and ambitions with the most appropriate Mentor. All information you share will remain confidential and will only be shared with the appropriate Mentor and the ULI Mentorship Committee.

To join the mentorship programme please complete the application form below. Please note, that to participate in the programme you must have an active ULI membership throughout the duration of the programme. As the number of mentees is limited, the applicants will be considered on FCFS basis. However, the priority goes to people participating in the programme for the first time.

Be sure to update your ULI member profile with your biography, profile, and demographic information before submitting this application.

Why

The mission of the programme is to foster relationships between seasoned professionals and young leaders in the real estate and land-use industries through one-on-one mentoring. This will serve to strengthen the development and land-use community in Ireland.
