ULI’s Young Leaders programme is open to all real estate professionals under the age of 35 and provides professionals in the early stages of their careers with a unique forum to network with their peers, gain exposure to senior industry professionals, and continue their professional education and development.

The Chair oversees, develops, and promotes the Young Leaders Group’s activities across Europe, all while acknowledging and nourishing the entrepreneurial nature of the group. There are over 1,600 Young Leaders currently in Europe.

The term for the Young Leader Chair is two years starting from 1 July 2024. This position is currently occupied by Thibault Weston Smith.

For this opportunity, you must be a Full ULI member or need to become one. The ULI Europe Young Leaders Chair has a seat on the Europe Executive Committee to create connections between the various leadership roles and networks within ULI Europe.
