The mission of the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is to raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry. ULI Cleveland’s WLI Committee features a signature monthly breakfast series highlighting a female guest speaker in an intimate breakfast setting. This provides the ULI Cleveland members an opportunity to building meaningful relationships and gain career insights.

To be considered for participation, please make sure to 1) update your ULI member profile with your biography and profile information before 2) submitting your statement of interest in the Navigator form below.

Both men and women can attend WLI Committee events and serve on the Committee.

Why

Members have the opportunity to help to raise the visibility and participation of women in ULI and ultimately in the real estate profession.
