ULI Charlotte Women’s Leadership Initiative Mentorship Program – Mentor
What
The mentorship program is designed to connect young women members with established real estate professionals and provide ULI members the opportunity to get to know the future women leaders in the industry. It aims to provide opportunities for both participants and mentors to grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust and respect.
How
To be considered for participation, please make sure to 1) update your ULI member profile with your biography and profile information before 2) submitting your statement of interest in the Navigator form below indicating why you are interested in becoming a mentor and some information about your experience you would like to share with mentees.
Why
This is a great opportunity to help elevate other women in the industry. The mentor groups will be responsible for meeting five (5) to six (6) times over the course of one year or as often as the group sees appropriate. We will also plan 3-4 events for the group including the kickoff event so the groups will meet on their own as they are able.
