What

WLI Council members will meet regularly to develop a network of land use professionals. Council members are expected to attend regular meetings, actively participate in discussions on land use topics bringing their experience to the conversation.

How

To be considered for the WLI Council, please fill out the Navigator interest form and include your contact info, biography, land use experience in the Boston/New England market. Applications are due by September 14, 2022. This opportunity is limited so please share why you would be a good addition to the group and what you hope to gain from participating.

Why

The WLI Council will provide opportunities to lead including the chance to serve on the steering committee which plans programming and initiatives for the group. It’s also an excellent opportunity to build a network of diverse women in land use.

Member Expectations

Council membership is open to any ULI Boston/New England member in good standing. Council leaders are encouraged to build councils comprised of diverse perspectives representing a variety of land use professionals, levels of experience, sectors, product types, genders, and ethnicities.

Council Members are expected to attend the majority of meetings. Members who miss two consecutive meetings may be asked to step down if there is a waiting list to participate. All members should actively participate in meeting discussions.

Guests may be invited at the chairs’ discretion.

When

WLI Council Meetings will be held on the first Thursday afternoon of the month.

Cost

LPC Annual Dues are as follows:

• Private Sector Members: $125;
• Public Sector Members: $75;
• Young Leaders: $75;
• Students: $25
