Terwilliger Center for Housing Technical Assistance Program Panelist
Terwilliger Center for Housing Technical Assistance Program Panelist
What
Terwilliger Center for Housing Technical Assistant Panels (TAPs) Campaign will focus on utilizing ULI’s most current housing content and members’ expertise to support the production and/or preservation of affordable and workforce housing at the local level. Expert members will learn about the local challenges and opportunities and provide their advice and recommendations to advance localized attainable housing targets. The TAP agenda takes place over 2-3 days, and it usually requires traveling to the location, although some of these TAPs could happen virtually.
How
Experts will receive a brief containing the most relevant local and regional information and the attainable housing challenge/issue for a particular city or municipality. They will also be asked to travel to the location (expenses to be paid for by ULI) and work with other experts and local stakeholders to formulate recommendations.
Why
This is a wonderful opportunity for members to lend their expertise, give back and support the production of more attainable housing at the local level, while making new connections and gaining more exposure to other experts interested in addressing our current housing challenges.
