The Chair's main objectives are to provide overall strategic leadership for the National Council, grow the council's membership, run the program of events activities within the council including any local Product Councils and the Young Leader program, and oversee the council’s financial health.
As a member of your National Council’s Executive Committee, you will participate in developing the strategic plan of the National Council with the Chair, establish the yearly plan of activities and events, select speakers and topics of interest to ULI members in your region, and advise on potential sponsors in your country/region.
