What

The ULI Carolinas Regional Council/Young Leaders Council is open to members from the Carolinas under age 35 who want to get more involved with ULI. The Council invites participates to share best practices, discuss catalytic real estate projects in their communities, and foster ideas for improving land use practices in the Carolinas region.

How

Young Leaders from ULI Charlotte, ULI South Carolina, and ULI Triangle under age 35 are invited to apply each fall. Membership is limited to 55 participants and participants serve on a three-year term. Learn more about Regional Council/Young Leaders Council.

Why

The Council provides opportunities to take Young Leaders Group experience to the next level by connecting with peers from other cities in the Carolinas, all while sharing issues critical to land use planning and real estate development.

Technical Assistance Program Panelist
Technical Assistance Program panels (TAPs) are part of the ULI Advisory Services program and are implemented by District and National Councils. Panelists join a team of local leaders to provide expert, timely, candid, and unbiased input to help the subject community resolve local real estate and land use issues over the course of a one- or two-day panel.
Young Leaders Committee Member
Established in 2003, the Young Leaders Group was conceived as an opportunity to bring together ULI members under age 35 and strengthen their relationship and involvement with the organization. Young Leaders Groups exist in District and National Councils around the globe, building a network of members who help one another navigate the industry.
