Industrial and Office Park Development Council Member

Industrial and Office Park Development Council Member

What

The Industrial and Office Park Development Councils (IOPC) are structured to meet the needs of senior real estate executives who wish to gain a national perspective on the strategy and operation of their business.

Each council meeting is designed to bring thought-provoking exchanges to the Council members. Typical subjects range from acquisition to development to disposition.  Additionally, many IOPC meeting sessions focus on general and real estate economics as well as personal growth and development.  Each council meeting incorporates both office and industrial properties. IOPC meetings have a substantial focus on “real deals” as opposed to academic theories.  Presentations are generally from council members or other senior executives.

The IOPC Council leadership may be seen here and a list of all Americas Product Council Leadership is available here as a PDF.
