What
The mission of the End User Council (EUC) is focused on the specific needs of commercial real estate—to address the emerging opportunities and challenges facing corporate real estate end users and the workplaces they manage. The End User Product Council:
- Connects senior executives from several professions and across many industry sectors into a trusted network to explore, illuminate and provoke real estate and workplace initiatives, both for the near term and for strategic positioning to meet future needs.
- Engages in topics central to business objectives.
- Grows knowledge of regional attributes including development history, sector-specific challenges, workplace trends, design and culture.
The ULI End-user Product Council envisions a maximum council size of 50 members, the composition of which would approximate two-thirds end-users of real estate, and one-third leading practitioners whose skill sets and expertise align with the purpose stated above. Interest Areas: Capital Planning, Development Financing, Design and Construction, Digital Transformation, Health and Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition and Retention, and Innovation in Real Estate.

How
Full Members of ULI are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Associate Members may apply and are required to upgrade to Full Membership if they are selected. Please include a personal statement explaining why you are interested in serving on this council, what you have to offer to the council, and your qualifications in the form below. You may include the name of a Product Council member who can serve as a reference.
You can submit your application to join a Product Council at any point throughout the year, and it will be provided to Product Council Leadership as vacancies occur. However, submitting your application during the months when opportunities are “active” will ensure your name is provided to Council Leadership as they determine new appointments and guest spots for the upcoming ULI Fall and Spring Meetings.
