What
Emerging Trends in Real Estate Global is an annual trends and forecast report, prepared by ULI and PWC, that is highly regarded and widely read in the real estate industry. The report provides an outlook on Global real estate investment and development trends and is based on the opinions of internationally renowned real estate professionals, including investors, developers, lenders, agents and consultants. As an interviewee, you would be one of a select group of industry leaders whose views inform the research findings.
How
Interviews are carried out in January and February each year. They take approximately 30 – 45 minutes and may be done in person or over the phone. To be considered to be interviewed for Emerging Trends Global, please complete the interest form below and include a copy of your biography or a personal statement on why you are interested in participating.
Why
Emerging Trends interviewees enjoy the opportunity to reflect on industry trends and shape the report. If they grant permission, the names of all interviewees are listed in the report, ensuring you will be recognised as an industry leader.
