What
Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe is an annual trends and forecast report, prepared by ULI Europe and PWC, that is highly regarded and widely read in the real estate industry. The report provides an outlook on European real estate investment and development trends and is based on the opinions of more than 800 internationally renowned real estate professionals, including investors, developers, lenders, agents, and consultants. As an interviewee, you would be one of a select group of industry leaders whose views inform the research findings.
How
To be considered to be interviewed for Emerging Trends Europe, please complete the interest form below and include a copy of your biography or a personal statement on why you are interested in participating. Interviews are carried out in June and July each year. They take approximately 30 – 45 minutes and may be done in person or over the phone.
Why
Emerging Trends interviewees enjoy the opportunity to reflect on industry trends and help shape the report. If they grant permission, the names of all interviewees are listed in the report, ensuring recognition as an industry leader.
