What
The mission of the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is to raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry. ULI members from across North America are invited to serve on WLI’s Executive Committee, who ensure that WLI’s initiatives and programs support the WLI mission and objectives and that they align with the mission and objectives of ULI. Members of the Committee work on communications, fundraising, membership, District Council integration, member network integration, Innovation Grants, Fall/Spring Meeting programming, Prologis Scholarship Program, and diversity, equity & inclusion.

Committee members represent ULI members of all genders, backgrounds, geographies and industry sectors. Please indicate in your inquiry what interests you in participating in WLI at the leadership level.
