Since 1947, the ULI’s Advisory Services program has provided strategic advice to communities and organizations on a wide variety of land use, real estate, planning, urban design, economic development, and public policy challenges. Panels are three- or five-day assignments where members engage intensively with the sponsoring community or organization and with local stakeholders to develop a set of recommendations and solutions to specific challenges.
Panelists form a team of industry leaders including developers, planners, financiers, market analysts, designers, economists, architects, and public officials to provide practical and objective advice from a multidisciplinary perspective. Members interested in this opportunity may fill out and submit the inquiry form below.
Panelists play an essential role in the success of the Advisory Service program. Each panelist offers his or her professional expertise to develop creative and practical solutions to help communities in need and solve complex land use challenges. Panelists establish lifelong connections with colleagues from around the world.
