What
By application, the Emerging Leaders Product Council program offers an opportunity for ULI emerging leader members who have sufficient professional experience and are active in the District Council Network to attend as a guest to a Product Council reception/dinner and Product Council Day at the 2026 ULI Spring Meeting in Nashville. Selected Emerging Leaders will be responsible for their Spring Meeting expenses such as Meeting registration, transportation, and any other Product Council fees such as dinner.

- Space is limited. Up to 15 guest spots will be assigned.
- This is a Young Leader only opportunity. Must be under 35 years to apply.

Why
Participation allows the development of the next generation of diverse real estate leaders to engage with senior leaders in Product Councils and prepare them for future full-time involvement with a Product Council or like program. The program also allows participants to:
- Help ULI’s Emerging Leaders connect with different areas of the organization and deepen their ULI connection, enriching their ULI experience
- Create more diverse, interesting, and engaging Product Councils
- Create more YLG full members engaged in ULI at a deep level
Member Expectations
Selected Emerging Leaders will be expected to attend:
- The Spring Meeting Product Council Guest webinar
- The 2026 ULI Spring Meeting in Nashville, TN
- The ELPC Program Meet & Greet in Nashville
- The Product Council reception/dinner
- And, the respective Product Council meeting
A guiding Product Council principle is confidentiality, and participants must keep all discussions and information shared in the Council experience confidential. They are expected to actively participate and demonstrate industry knowledge in Council discussions. Participation in this program does not guarantee membership on a Council, but the goal of this program is to facilitate membership of emerging leaders onto Councils.

2026 Spring Meeting Registration (Registration opening soon)
Travel and Hotel – Avg. $1,200-1,500
Cost of Product Council Dinner – Avg. $250-400
Total estimated cost – $2,395 – $2,845
(There is no charge to attend a Product Council session as a guest)
Eligibility Score
Space is highly limited for this opportunity, and preference is given to Young Leader members with the most potential to add and receive value from participating as a guest with Product Councils.
