What

The ULI Curtis Infrastructure Initiative is seeking members who are experts in the area of infrastructure finance and delivery to contribute to creating an infrastructure resource library to identify projects that exhibit best practices in creating equitable, sustainable, and resilient outcomes and have yielded measurable returns as a result. These submissions will help to make the clear connection between infrastructure, land use, and real estate development. Beyond contributing ideas for future case studies, experts may also be called upon to serve as speakers, panelists, and webinar participants.

Members with expertise in infrastructure finance and delivery are encouraged to briefly share why they are interested in being a contributor and provide a brief description of the case study in the inquiry form below.
