The Boston NEXT Council focuses on mid-career professionals ages 35-45. Council meetings will focus on the latest trends in development, design, and more to evaluate what’s next in our market.
How
To apply, please complete the Navigator form below. Applications for the 2023-2024 LPC meeting cycle are now open.

- 5-6 meetings over the next year (60-90 min each)

Participation allows leaders to develop trusted connections and share best practices.
Member Expectations
Council membership is open to any ULI Boston/New England member in good standing. Council leaders are encouraged to build councils comprised of diverse perspectives representing a variety of land use professionals, levels of experience, sectors, product types, genders, and ethnicities.
Council Members are expected to attend the majority of meetings. Members who miss two consecutive meetings may be asked to step down if there is a waiting list to participate. All members should actively participate in meeting discussions.
Guests may be invited at the chairs’ discretion.
When
NEXT Council Meetings will be held 4-6 times over the year. Specific dates will be shared in future communications.
Cost
LPC Annual Dues are as follows:
- Private Sector Members: $125;
- Public Sector Members: $75;
- Young Leaders: $75;
- Students: $25
Eligibility Score
Space is highly limited for this opportunity, and preference is given to ULI's most experienced members.
