What
ULI Washington’s NEXT program engages and supports mid-career members (generally ages 35-50) as their responsibilities and leadership roles grow and as they aim to expand their impact in their companies, careers, and communities while broadening their skillset.
The program is made up of small groups, called flights. Guided by the Program Chairs and Flight Leaders, NEXT flights host flight-specific programming for three events, and each flight organizes one program-wide event for all NEXT members.
NEXT is open to all active ULI Washington members that fall into the general age range of 35-50.
NEXT convenes every two months for a 2-hour session. All-flight meetings are scheduled for Friday mornings and hosted at either ULI Headquarters or by members of NEXT throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Topics for each session will be selected by the membership of each flight following the overall programming guidelines for the year.
