The NEXT program provides an avenue for mid-career professionals to foster leadership skills, develop professional relationships, and promote shared knowledge through education. Programs are held throughout the year to engage in issue-focused small group discussions. ULI Idaho’s emphasis will be placed on developing and growing strong relationships with other participants.

How

To apply to join the 2021 cohort, please make sure to: 1) update your ULI member profile with your biography and profile information before, 2) submitting a statement of interest in the Navigator form below including a short statement indicating what you will bring to the group, and what you hope to gain through the program.

Accepted applicants will pay a fee to confirm their commitment and cover costs. The fee includes ULI’s on-demand course, “Introduction to Pro Forma Excel Modeling” ($525 value). The private member fee is $250, and the public member fee is $200.

Applications are due by end of day November 20, 2020.

Why

NEXT is both an educational and a network building group, incorporating presentations of topical interest to its members for the purpose of promoting candid discussion from a diversity of perspectives, professional development activities, and engagement with industry leaders. NEXT Idaho will promote opportunities to meaningfully participate in existing ULI Idaho programs. Through NEXT, Idaho participants can attain their goal to remain active ULI members during their rise to leadership positions within the industry.
