ULI Charlotte Women’s Leadership Initiative Champion Recommendations
What
Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Champions are selected by ULI Charlotte for their leadership and skill in real estate development, land use and city-building. The WLI Champions reflect the strength of the region’s real estate development industry through the responsible use of land to create thriving communities worldwide.
How
Each year, a few of the most influential women in the real estate community and land use sector are chosen to join the ULI Charlotte WLI Championship Team. Successful Championship team members are selected based on:

- A minimum of 10 years in the industry
- Exceptional leadership and skills in the real estate development and land use disciplines
- Dedication to, and success at, building thriving communities across the region
- Capacity to inspire others in the industry
- Commitment to their community shown through leadership in community organizations.
All WLI Champions will be recognized on the ULI Charlotte website with profiles and during a special event in December. Each year, a class of new Champions is added and recognized.
All nominations must be submitted by members only. One nomination per member.
