Americas Product Council Appointments

ULI’s Product Council program provides a platform for Full Members to connect with one another to share their knowledge of specific industry topics and product types. Meeting twice a year at the Spring and Fall Meetings, Product Councils offer members the opportunity to debate issues and discuss trends in a more intimate and confidential setting, as well as to undertake a range of other thought leadership initiatives throughout the year. Product Council terms run July 1 to June 30 each year.

If you’re interested in applying to serve on a Product Council, please submit a statement interest and qualifications to participate via the opportunity page for the Product Council(s) that most interest you. Your name and statement will be provided to Council leaders for consideration as they seek to ensure that the council is made up of the most experienced and diverse members who will enhance the quality of discourse and member experience If a Council is interested in appointing you or having you as a guest, you will be contacted about next steps in the process. Some criteria used by Councils Leadership include, but are not limited to:

  • the number of seats available
  • expertise area of the applicant vs. other on the Council
  • geographic region in which the prospective member does business

Please note that if you are an Associate Member and have been selected to join a Product Council, you will be required to upgrade your membership to Full Membership.
